Guldhedstornet BK's Tobias Lövgren got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Västlund hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Alfons Myr stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Ove Norberg's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After 12 minutes, Ivan Västlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guldhedstornet BK and the Gusums IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Västlund hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes, Batata Bonk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guldhedstornet BK and the Gusums IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Guldhedstornet BK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Batata Bonk hit a great ball. After 20 played minutes Gusums IF got a freekick which was hit by Per-Erik Kinnman. Jan Lindqvist was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ivan Västlund. In the 25th minute Guldhedstornet BK were awarded a corner. Ivan Västlund went to the cornerflag to take it. Ivan Västlund made a great header on Guldhedstornet BK's corner, it was just that Gusums IF's Jan Lindqvist managed to reach the ball for a save. Jan Lindqvist made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Sven-Ove Byström sent off a good shot on target. Hannes Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Myr having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Gusums IF's goalkeeper Jan Lindqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Ove Byström. When Tobias Lövgren came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Guldhedstornet BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Lövgren couldn't finish the play. After 40 minutes, Mathias Ekeroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guldhedstornet BK and the Gusums IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mathias Ekeroth kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Mathias Ekeroth was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 44th minute, one of Guldhedstornet BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guldhedstornet BK. Lars-Erik Bergsten shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Lövgren was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Tobias Lövgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guldhedstornet BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Lövgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute Eric Fågel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Myr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Alfons Myr throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sven-Ove Norberg in the 55thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The supporters of Guldhedstornet BK booed when Gusums IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Gusums IF's Eric Fågel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfons Myr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hannes Ek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hannes Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alfons Myr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hannes Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Ove Byström during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sven-Ove Byström hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Max Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gusums IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Sandström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Myr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Norberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfons Myr. Sven-Ove Norberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Guldhedstornet BK's Tobias Lövgren got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Gusums IF booed when Guldhedstornet BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jan Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Lövgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ivan Västlund hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
