Pelle Skräddare's late challenge caught a Handmåla FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Skräddare helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Handmåla FK booed when Gusums IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Skräddare didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hannes Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Fågel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Åke Dahlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hannes Ek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Handmåla FK defense, Eric Fågel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt-Åke Dahlman. The Handmåla FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt-Åke Dahlman should have stopped the shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hannes Ek to strike the kick off in the second half. Malte Lund hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Bengt-Åke Dahlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Fågel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mats Löfgren fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Handmåla FK's protests and gave Mats Löfgren a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Eric Fågel took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bengt-Åke Dahlman to make any attempt to save it. Hannes Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bengt-Åke Dahlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Mats Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Åke Dahlman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Fågel in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Gusums IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Handmåla FK.
