Daniel Elg hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Kurt Lange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Rolandsson took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michael Mossberg. Michael Mossberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Elg during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Vilhelm Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Färnäs SK's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Elg came free, but Michael Mossberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Kråk's late challenge caught a Irak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Kråk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Färnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Kråk to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Lange in the 45th minute of play forced Irak's goalkeeper Bernt Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Irak's Bernt Tinglöv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Irak from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Rolandsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Färnäs SK's zone, Lars Rolandsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Mossberg came out of the goal and Lars Rolandsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Färnäs SK's Michael Mossberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Färnäs SK from getting a goal against them. Michael Mossberg made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Vilhelm Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the match, Färnäs SK's goalkeeper Michael Mossberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Elg. Bernt Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Larsfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to Irak getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Björn Hjortberg hit a great ball. Sven-Arne Larsfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th match minute, Färnäs SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Ivarsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Vilhelm Bengtsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Irak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Marcus Ivarsson lost his temper 88 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 89th minute, Marcus Ivarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes in the game Carl Åkerberg after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Michael Mossberg. A very good opportunity. In the 92nd minute Melker Vennerdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Mossberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Mossberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Vilhelm Bengtsson sent off a good shot on target. Irak's Bernt Tinglöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Lange in the 96th minute of play. Irak's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
