The audience was convinced that Max Sandström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kasper Alefors was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. When Fredric Rudqvist came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sacri FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredric Rudqvist couldn't finish the play. Bengt-Rune Fogel hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Max Sandström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kasper Alefors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Ernst Dahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sacri FC and the Tugges Favoriter players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Sacri FC got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Dahlberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Brander in the 24th minute of play forced Sacri FC's goalkeeper Arvid Bremming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tugges Favoriter's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Max Sandström scored to the left of an out of position Kasper Alefors, making the score, 1-0. Fredric Rudqvists short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Kasper Alefors to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Karl Hydén charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Hydén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sacri FC booed when Tugges Favoriter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Hydén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Max Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacri FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Sandström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Brander in the 35th minute of play forced Sacri FC's goalkeeper Arvid Bremming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fredric Rudqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tugges Favoriter's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ludwig Beneth 48 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dan Brander made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tugges Favoriter's Per Magnusson got a free kick in the 58th minute. Isaac Christoffersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Arvid Bremming tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tugges Favoriter were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Sacri FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harry Alegren took the corner. The corner led Tugges Favoriter's Harry Alegren to fire away a dangerous shot which Arvid Bremming despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dan Brander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Bremming having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Kvist in the 76th minute of play forced Tugges Favoriter's goalkeeper Kasper Alefors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fredric Rudqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kasper Alefors stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fredric Rudqvist's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The supporters of Tugges Favoriter booed when Sacri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Beneth didn't get a good kick on the ball.
