Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan Källberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 11th match minute, Ellös was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Glad to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Gällstad's Peter Gunnarsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that August Göransson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Bolander was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After 13 minutes, August Göransson made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ellös's Leo Bolander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Gällstad booed when Ellös was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Källberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling August Göransson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Bolander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Östen Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Leo Bolander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gällstad's August Göransson in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ellös's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Ellös booed when Gällstad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Wallgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvard Forssell struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Tony Alkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ellös. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell August Göransson to make the kick off. In the 56th minute August Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Bolander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute of the match, August Göransson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leo Bolander saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hannes Johnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Leo Bolander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Gällstad getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Peter Gunnarsson hit a great ball. Anders Malmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Bolander having to interfere. Hannes Johnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If August Göransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. August Göransson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Bolander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Gällstad played a much better game than Ellös and deserved their victory. The Ellös players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
