The referee ignored Redskins Hk's protests and gave Pablo Condor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Redskins Hk's Pablo Condor got a free kick in the 35th minute. Östmark's Andy Åhlberg got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Östmark's Sebastian Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Jonsson in the 38th minute of play. Christer Fransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Kalfhage having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Säfström in the 43rd minute of play forced Östmark's goalkeeper Sebastian Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niklas Barck was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd play minute Christer Säfström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sebastian Eriksson. 0-5. In the 67th minute, Redskins Hk's Christer Säfström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. If Ian Möller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Östmark's Sebastian Eriksson got control of the ball when Christer Säfström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ian Möller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Henrik Kalfhage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Östmark defense, Olov Jonsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Eriksson. The Östmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Eriksson should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olov Jonsson got free with Sebastian Eriksson in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christer Säfström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Sebastian Eriksson made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Olov Jonsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sebastian Eriksson. The goal made the score 0-8. 89 minutes into the match, Östmark's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Condor came free, but Sebastian Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Redskins Hk's Sebastian Eriksson threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristian Barros, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sebastian Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Östmark fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Redskins Hk were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
