Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Måns Bållström's late challenge caught a Hallsberg FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Måns Bållström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, Fågelmara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Bållström to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Hallsberg FK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Hubert Lindberg hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes Hallsberg FK got a freekick which was hit by David Biörk. Sigvard Stenquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hallsberg FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Joachim Norberg scored to the left of an out of position Gösta Ferm, making the score, 1-0. Victor Klint kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Karl-Johan Ahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fågelmara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Johan Ahlbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Fågelmara getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dan Klintæus hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Norberg in the 30th minute of play forced Hallsberg FK's goalkeeper Gösta Ferm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Hallsberg FK's goalkeeper Gösta Ferm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigvard Stenquist. In the 32nd minute, Egon Malmberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Tony Fribäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Tony Fribäck recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gösta Ferm. Tony Fribäck showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 45th minute, Sigvard Stenquist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gösta Ferm. The goal made the score 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arvid Hybbert to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Björkdal in the 54th minute of play forced Hallsberg FK's goalkeeper Gösta Ferm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Ferm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Stenquist in the 57th minute of the match. When Hallsberg FK's Egon Malmberg in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fågelmara's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th match minute, Hallsberg FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Wallengren to maneuver through the defense. Sigvard Stenquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Ferm having to interfere. Hallsberg FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
