Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Börje Lustig made the kick off which started today's match. Kevin Malmgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baptiste Santamaria went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Baptiste Santamaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Malmgren came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Denzashow's Jan-Ove Rönn. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Rönn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the match, Algott IF's goal looked a bit too open when Baptiste Santamaria came free, but Kevin Malmgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Malmgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan-Ove Rönn in the 16th minute. In the 22nd minute, Börje Lustig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Ove Rönn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Kevin Malmgren made a huge save. In the 27th minute Börje Lustig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Gerdberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torbjörn Jönsätt hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Björn Strandberg has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 32nd minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. Algott IF's Kevin Malmgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baptiste Santamaria in the 40th minute of play. Baptiste Santamaria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kevin Malmgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Baptiste Santamaria slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Ove Rönn to make the kick off. Kevin Malmgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baptiste Santamaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börje Lustig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Gerdberg having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Denzashow's Jan-Ove Rönn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kevin Malmgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Torbjörn Jönsätt's late challenge caught a Denzashow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torbjörn Jönsätt helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Denzashow fans cheered their team off the field, for while Algott IF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
