The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jim Meck might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Enström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jim Meck ran back to his position shaking his head. Charles Enström was a little too slow when Jim Meck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Uno Åberg charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uno Åberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Samba Fotboll U21's Uno Åberg got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Meck in the 19th minute of play forced Fridheimers Fighters's goalkeeper Charles Enström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Per Jernberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fridheimers Fighters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Samba Fotboll U21's Jim Meck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jim Meck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Enström having to interfere. Patrik Lindell kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Viktor Sillén charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viktor Sillén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Samba Fotboll U21 got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Sillén. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After having played for 52 minutes, Jim Meck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samba Fotboll U21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Meck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when Fridheimers Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Erik Björkkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jim Meck scored 4-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Enström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Viktor Sillén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Enström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Meck in the 70th minute of the match. The corner ended in Georg Lundgren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fridheimers Fighters's Charles Enström did a great save. Charles Enström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Meck in the 74th minute of play. Fridheimers Fighters's Charles Enström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Meck in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Meck in the 82nd minute of play forced Fridheimers Fighters's goalkeeper Charles Enström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89thth minute of the game Jim Meck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fridheimers Fighters's Charles Enström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Samba Fotboll U21 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
