Leonard Kristiansson scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Olof Strömberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edvin Edström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Finsta FC's Calle Nord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Koch in the 21st minute of play. When Esbjörn Dalkvist fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adelsö BF's protests and gave Esbjörn Dalkvist a yellow card for diving instead. Esbjörn Dalkvist hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Jan-Olof Strömberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvin Edström in the 27th minute. When Filiph Njurenius fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Finsta FC's protests and gave Filiph Njurenius a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Adelsö BF booed when Finsta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Njurenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greger Skålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Finsta FC's Calle Nord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Koch in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvin Edström in the 38th minute of play forced Adelsö BF's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Strömberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th match minute, Adelsö BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esbjörn Dalkvist to maneuver through the defense. If Leonard Odman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Fernkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ove Koch made a kick off. Anton Norberg hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Finsta FC's zone, Erik Fernkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calle Nord came out of the goal and Erik Fernkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ingvar Billström kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Jan-Olof Strömberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Edström in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute Finsta FC were awarded a corner. Leonard Kristiansson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Finsta FC's Magnus Bergqvist getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Edvin Edström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Olof Strömberg having to interfere. Leonard Odman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan-Olof Strömberg having to make a save. Finsta FC's Calle Nord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Fernkvist in the 76th minute of play. Jan-Olof Strömberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Edström, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Edvin Edström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Olof Strömberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Adelsö BF's Josef Utter got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Despite being the better team, Finsta FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
