Axbergs IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Bruse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Torgny Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Markus Bruse kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Torgny Lundqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bernt Vall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Kalix FC's Torsten Ahlfors ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oskar Kjellkvist. Oskar Kjellkvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Markus Bruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Myhr struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Bernt Vall didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Axbergs IF. In the 20th match minute, Kalix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Biörling to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rdth minute of the game Gustaf Myhr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalix FC's Bernt Vall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kalix FC's Bernt Vall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Lundqvist in the 24th minute of play. Roy Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Lundqvist in the 29th minute of play forced Kalix FC's goalkeeper Bernt Vall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Axbergs IF fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Axbergs IF's Torgny Lundqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Kalix FC defense, Gustaf Myhr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Vall. The Kalix FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Vall should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, Torgny Lundqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Torgny Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrik Termander hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The supporters of Kalix FC booed when Axbergs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Myhr didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49thth minute of the game Torsten Ahlfors who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Axbergs IF's Oskar Kjellkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torgny Lundqvist to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Torgny Lundqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalix FC's Bernt Vall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Börje Biörling charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börje Biörling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kalix FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Gustaf Myhr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Bernt Vall made a huge save. If Markus Bruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Gustaf Myhr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oskar Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Ahlfors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Kalix FC's zone, Gustaf Myhr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Vall came out of the goal and Gustaf Myhr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axbergs IF's Torgny Lundqvist pulled a muscle in his leg after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Benjamin Nordmark charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Nordmark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Axbergs IF's Börje Persson was substituted for Torgny Lundqvist. After 76 played minutes Kalix FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Nordmark. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Markus Bruse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Axbergs IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Markus Bruse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernt Vall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Börje Persson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Vall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kalix FC's Anders Kvick got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Kalix FC booed when Axbergs IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95thth minute of the game Börje Persson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kalix FC's Bernt Vall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the game, David Viklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Axbergs IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalix FC the free kick. In the 97th match minute, Axbergs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Viklund to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Axbergs IF's zone, Frans Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Kjellkvist came out of the goal and Frans Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Axbergs IF played a much better game than Kalix FC and deserved their victory. The Kalix FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
