When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Magnus Vennerdal made a kick off. Harald Holmberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urban Bohlin in the 51st minute. The Vänersborg BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sigvard Browall should have stopped the shot.
