After 6 minutes of play, Södermalm FF's Bernt Forsberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas Dahlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th match minute, Kinna IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Nordin to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Konrad Granström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kinna IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Kinna IK's goalkeeper Thomas Dahlberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Forsberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Sörman in the 22nd minute of play forced Kinna IK's goalkeeper Thomas Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Bernt Forsberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thomas Dahlberg, 2-1. A collision led to Kinna IK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Verner Hägert hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Södermalm FF defense, Konrad Granström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Andersson. The Södermalm FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Andersson should have stopped the shot. Kinna IK's Thomas Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Sörman in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Bernt Forsberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Södermalm FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. After a rather tough play, Kinna IK's Sebastian Jansson got a free kick in the 41st minute. Bernt Forsberg scored 5-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Dahlberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernt Forsberg to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jonas Kruse fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kinna IK's protests and gave Jonas Kruse a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Jonas Kruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Kinna IK's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Westerberg came free, but Thomas Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Rickard Bratt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Södermalm FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rickard Bratt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Skoglund during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Södermalm FF got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Skoglund. Konrad Granström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kinna IK were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Södermalm FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Konrad Granström took the corner. In the 73rd minute, Alexander Skoglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonas Kruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konrad Granström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Kinna IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Nordin to maneuver through the defense. Mattias Sörman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Dahlberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Forsberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Kinna IK's goalkeeper Thomas Dahlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Georg Westerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute Dick Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Dahlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Ahlfors ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that Södermalm FF were the better team. Södermalm FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
