İlmi Alan made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Sven-Arne Stephansson sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Oliver Utfal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tim Nyman. Atletiska Bollklubben's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Utfal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 27th minute Karl-Åke Alstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 played minutes Räffle United got a freekick which was hit by Sotomayor Edelgaard. 37 minutes into the game, Räffle United's Sotomayor Edelgaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Nyman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Räffle United's İlmi Alan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Räffle United from getting a goal against them. After the first half Räffle United were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stor Kuk was the one to do the kick off. Stor Kuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlmi Alan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Arne Stephansson in the 55th minute of play forced Räffle United's goalkeeper İlmi Alan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Räffle United's Stig-Åke Isaksson got a free kick in the 55th minute. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Stor Kuk sped through Räffle United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of İlmi Alan. In the 66th minute, Holger Vidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Utfal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Oliver Utfal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tim Nyman. The goal made the score 1-5. Tim Nyman made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Sotomayor Edelgaard sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Atletiska Bollklubben's Jonas Björkdahl got a free kick in the 90th minute. Räffle United's Bo-Erik Valrot shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tim Nyman but with some difficulty. The Atletiska Bollklubben fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Räffle United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
