After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Alf Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Påarp BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Ahlberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 21 minutes of play, Påarp BF's Dick Alebom made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dick Alebom sped through Nora FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carl Ahlberg. Kjell-Arne Olsman's late challenge caught a Nora FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell-Arne Olsman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Påarp BF's Kjell-Arne Olsman got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes Nora FF got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Käller. 35 minutes into the match, Nora FF's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Alebom came free, but Carl Ahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Kurt Åhlberg made the kick off in the second half. Alf Ennegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Ahlberg having to interfere. Alf Ennegren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Ahlberg having to make a save. After 83 played minutes Nora FF got a freekick which was hit by Vilgot Lilja. 91 minutes into the match, Freddie Helberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Ove Hägert. Påarp BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddie Helberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Gösta Pil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Påarp BF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
