Herbert Friberger was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Joel Lundberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joel Lundberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Vaxholm's Robert Kvarnström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Harlén in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
