Uno Björnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, BK Ängen's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Sandström came free, but Charlie Högström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BK Ängen's Kasper Back got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sebastian Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Hellström succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in BK Ängen's zone, Sebastian Hellström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charlie Högström came out of the goal and Sebastian Hellström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Högström was a little too slow when Eric Nordlander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. After 35 played minutes Eskilstuna SK got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Wallmark. In the 38th minute BK Ängen were awarded a corner. Nils Fribäck went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Eskilstuna SK's goalie and right to Fritz Näver. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Eskilstuna SK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Wiberg during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BK Ängen booed when Eskilstuna SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Wiberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eskilstuna SK's zone, Charlie Engström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uno Björnberg came out of the goal and Charlie Engström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kasper Back came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the BK Ängen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kasper Back couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

54 minutes into the match, BK Ängen's Charlie Engström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uno Björnberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Eskilstuna SK's Sebastian Hellström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlie Högström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Eric Nordlander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Sebastian Hellström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Claes Bokelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlie Högström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Hellström in the 78th minute of play. After 83 minutes, Claes Bokelund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Ängen and the Eskilstuna SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claes Bokelund kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Ivar Wallmark hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Eskilstuna SK's Uno Björnberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Eskilstuna SK from getting a goal against them. 95 minutes into the match, Eskilstuna SK's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Engström came free, but Uno Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
