Knut Bergström hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Adrian Godholm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon Ahlbom was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Ola Pålsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jon Ahlbom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ola Pålsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Jon Ahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Pålsson in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Bygdeträsk IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thor Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Slöinge IK got a freekick which was hit by Magne Sundberg. In the 23rdth minute of the game Adrian Godholm who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slöinge IK's Jon Ahlbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Slöinge IK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Knut Bergström hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Ola Pålsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Ahlbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Pålsson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Ahlbom saved Slöinge IK from getting behind. After 32 played minutes Bygdeträsk IF got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Åke Skytt. In the 34th minute, Ola Pålsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Ahlbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The audience was convinced that Ola Pålsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon Ahlbom was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Slöinge IK's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Godholm came free, but Jon Ahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Mattsson was the one to do the kick off. Adrian Godholms short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Jon Ahlbom to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jon Ahlbom stood somewhat misplaced when Adrian Godholm came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 52 minute. Ola Pålsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Jon Ahlbom when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Slöinge IK's Jon Ahlbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Slöinge IK from getting a goal against them. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slöinge IK's goalkeeper Jon Ahlbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Morgan Bergstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Mattsson in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Ola Pålsson made a precise shot to the right of Jon Ahlbom. Slöinge IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 77 minutes into the match, Adrian Godholm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jon Ahlbom. Slöinge IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Godholm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 81stth minute of the game Ola Pålsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slöinge IK's Jon Ahlbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Pålsson in the 82nd minute of play forced Slöinge IK's goalkeeper Jon Ahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Slöinge IK's Jon Ahlbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Slöinge IK from getting a goal against them. Adrian Godholm did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Jon Ahlbom 90 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Emanuel Mattsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slöinge IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Bygdeträsk IF played a much better game than Slöinge IK and deserved their victory. The Slöinge IK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
