After 7 played minutes New Vae City got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Vestberg. A collision led to New Vae City getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Aleksander Bjursell hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Lars Brander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Ahlbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. New Vae City's Arman Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Wennerquist in the 13th minute of play. Börge Colin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Arman Holmberg made a huge save. Arman Holmberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Knut Bergström in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Sten Nyman made a precise shot to the right of Jon Ahlbom. Slöinge IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, New Vae City's Arman Östensson got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Mattsson got free with Arman Holmberg in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 minutes, Lars Brander made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Slöinge IK's Jon Ahlbom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jon Ahlbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Brander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New Vae City's Arman Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Mattsson in the 37th minute of play. Bo-Erik Vestberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Ahlbom having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Slöinge IK's zone, Lars Brander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Ahlbom came out of the goal and Lars Brander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bo-Erik Vestberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Ahlbom having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Mattsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Emanuel Mattsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo-Erik Vestberg charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bo-Erik Vestberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, New Vae City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo-Erik Vestberg to maneuver through the defense. If Börge Colin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Branders short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Jon Ahlbom to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. New Vae City's Bo-Erik Vestberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Bo-Erik Vestberg off the ground. A collision led to New Vae City getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bo-Erik Vestberg hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match Alf Stigsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arman Holmberg skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Lars Brander took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Jon Ahlbom to make any attempt to save it. New Vae City's Arman Holmberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Colin in the 79th minute of play. Arman Holmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börge Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New Vae City's Lars Brander was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind New Vae City's goalkeeper Arman Holmberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lars Brander's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Jon Ahlbom skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sten Nyman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. New Vae City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Torsten Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
