Spectators: 7478 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niclas Söderström took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Jan-Åke Wallmark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oskar Lundgren. Hidingsta IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Åke Wallmark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the last second Oskar Lundgren throw himself and got hold of the ball when Niclas Söderström in the 16thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 17th minute Vartofta RK were awarded a corner. Kjell Olsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Vartofta RK's Kjell Olsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oskar Lundgren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 19th match minute, Hidingsta IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Hidingsta IK's zone, Kjell Olsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Lundgren came out of the goal and Kjell Olsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjell Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 26 minutes into the game, Vartofta RK's Thomas Löfskog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oskar Lundgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 28 minutes into the game, Niclas Söderström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vartofta RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hidingsta IK the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Vartofta RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Söderström to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niclas Söderström got free with Oskar Lundgren in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niclas Söderström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oskar Lundgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Niclas Söderström slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. Oskar Lundgren came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Vartofta RK's Thomas Löfskog. But to his dismay, Thomas Löfskog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viggo Nyberg to make the kick off. Petter Lindberg charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petter Lindberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Hidingsta IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petter Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. Oskar Lundgren came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Vartofta RK's Thomas Löfskog. But to his dismay, Thomas Löfskog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Gustav Sjö might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oskar Lundgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustav Sjö ran back to his position shaking his head. Stig Askberg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Vartofta RK's Niclas Söderström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oskar Lundgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 69 minutes into the match, Hidingsta IK's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Söderström came free, but Oskar Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vartofta RK were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Hidingsta IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjell Olsson took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hidingsta IK's goalie and right to Thomas Löfskog. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hidingsta IK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Kenneth Täman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viggo Nyberg in the 82nd minute. Oskar Lundgren came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vartofta RK's Gustav Sjö. But to his dismay, Gustav Sjö quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 90 minutes into the match, Hidingsta IK's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Söderström came free, but Oskar Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vartofta RK were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Hidingsta IK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjell Olsson took the corner. After taking down the ball on Vartofta RK's corner Kjell Olsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oskar Lundgren quite easily take care of the ball. When Vartofta RK's Thomas Löfskog in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hidingsta IK's goalie prevented a goal. When Gustav Sjö came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Vartofta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Sjö couldn't finish the play. Niclas Söderström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Oskar Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Löfskog in the 96th minute of play forced Hidingsta IK's goalkeeper Oskar Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute, Petter Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Niclas Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Vartofta RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
