Ian Lundin's late challenge caught a Lokomotiv Ekhagen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Lundin helped the player get up and apologised. Ian Lundin was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jim Danielsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jim Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lokomotiv Ekhagen's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anders Bäckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Bo Brandt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jan-Erik Fredriksson, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 93 minutes, Viggo Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gällivare BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Lindqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Jan-Erik Fredriksson managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Gällivare BK's Viggo Lindqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Gällivare BK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
