In the 17th minute Leonard Grubb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Lönn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Aros Vandals's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Nyberg came free, but Johan Lönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Bergsten in the 21st minute of play forced Hidingsta IK's goalkeeper Oskar Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Karl-Axel Norberg sent off a good shot on target. Hidingsta IK's attentive Osvald Axelsson managed to snatch the ball when Per-Inge Glad made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Johan Lönn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Grubb in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Viggo Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Lönn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Karl-Axel Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aros Vandals's protests and gave Karl-Axel Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aros Vandals getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Karl-Axel Norberg hit a great ball. Hidingsta IK's Oskar Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Bergsten in the 36th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Aros Vandals got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Ove Ånger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Runeberg in the 41st minute of play forced Hidingsta IK's goalkeeper Oskar Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Aros Vandals's Karl-Axel Norberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oskar Lundgren. Oskar Lundgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. John Odman lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 47 minutes into the game, one of Aros Vandals:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 54th minute, Ingvar Bergsten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Aros Vandals's Johan Lönn got control of the ball when Leonard Grubb tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Hidingsta IK's Viggo Nyberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johan Lönn. That made the score 1-2 after 58 minutes of play. Stig Askberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Johan Lönn made a huge save. After some careless play in the Aros Vandals defense, Viggo Nyberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johan Lönn. The Aros Vandals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johan Lönn should have stopped the shot. Oskar Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Axel Norberg in the 69th minute of the match. If Karl-Axel Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Axel Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Axel Norberg took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oskar Lundgren. Oskar Lundgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viggo Nyberg in the 86th minute of play forced Aros Vandals's goalkeeper Johan Lönn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aros Vandals's Johan Lönn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Aros Vandals from getting a goal against them. Viggo Nyberg struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Johan Lönn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hidingsta IK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Grubb got free with Johan Lönn in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oskar Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ånger, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Osvald Axelsson made in the 98th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Viggo Nyberg. The Hidingsta IK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Aros Vandals from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
