In the 3rd minute, Robert Magnusson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue Hearts fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Oskar Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Ros in the 10th minute of play. Tobias Persson charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Persson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Tobias Persson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskar Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Gullesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Blue Hearts got a freekick which was hit by Christer Gullesson. Marcus Martinsson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Hidingsta IK's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Magnusson came free, but Oskar Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oskar Lundgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvid Ros's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes, Ulrik Lindgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hidingsta IK and the Blue Hearts players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ulrik Lindgren kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Blue Hearts's Christer Gullesson got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oskar Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Ros in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Arvid Ros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hidingsta IK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Petter Lindberg hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christer Gullesson in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oskar Lundgren saved Hidingsta IK from getting behind. Oskar Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oskar Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Magnusson in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Blue Hearts were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viggo Nyberg to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Ros in the 54th minute of play forced Hidingsta IK's goalkeeper Oskar Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Christer Gullesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blue Hearts's supporters rose to their feet, but Christer Gullesson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oskar Lundgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 played minutes Blue Hearts got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Persson. The supporters of Hidingsta IK booed when Blue Hearts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Lundgren having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hidingsta IK's Leonard Grubb got a free kick in the 79th minute. Oskar Lundgren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Blue Hearts's Robert Magnusson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Hidingsta IK's Oskar Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Hidingsta IK from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Robert Magnusson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oskar Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Robert Magnusson sent off a good shot on target. Ulrik Lindgren was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Hidingsta IK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ulrik Lindgren hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hidingsta IK's zone, Arvid Ros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Lundgren came out of the goal and Arvid Ros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Hidingsta IK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Blue Hearts were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
