Anders Bäckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viggo Nyberg in the 46th minute of the match. The supporters of Gällivare BK booed when Hidingsta IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrik Lindgren didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viggo Nyberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Oskar Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Lidberg in the 52nd minute of play. Viggo Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Bäckman having to interfere. Jim Sandberg scored 0-5 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oskar Lundgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erling Hamnberg's late challenge caught a Hidingsta IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erling Hamnberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Gällivare BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute of the match Valentin Ahlquist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anders Bäckman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gällivare BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
