After 22 minutes, Stellan Stenquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vartofta RK and the Blue Hearts players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vartofta RK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Stellan Stenquist hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Vartofta RK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Nyström. Christer Gullesson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenneth Täman. Vartofta RK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jack Billock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Åke Wallmark went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. If Marcus Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arvid Ros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Kenneth Täman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jack Billock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Blue Hearts's Knut Dalberg got a free kick in the 86th minute. Jack Billock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niclas Söderström in the 96th minute. Vartofta RK played a much better game than Blue Hearts and deserved their victory. The Blue Hearts players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
