With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rudolf Jonsson in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Hafström saved The Simpsons from getting behind. Torbjörn Molander struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Kurt Hafström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slingan BK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Falkrans in the 30th minute of play forced The Simpsons's goalkeeper Kurt Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Pilgren to strike the kick off in the second half. The Simpsons were furious when Andreas Abrahamsson was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Slingan BK's Olov Salkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Slingan BK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Dennis Granberg hit a great ball. Rudolf Jonsson's late challenge caught a The Simpsons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Jonsson helped the player get up and apologised. Rudolf Jonsson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, The Simpsons's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Falkrans came free, but Kurt Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
