Bibbi Bonkers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bror Josefsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingmar Finnman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Vallengren went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Vallengren in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingmar Finnman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Bibbi Bonkers's goalkeeper Lillebror Gris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristian Söderman. After 31 played minutes Bibbi Bonkers got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Lindström. Cloudberry Football Club's Ingmar Finnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Vallengren in the 34th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Cloudberry Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Söderman. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Vallengren in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tony Ek to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jonas Vallengren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bibbi Bonkers's Manfred Nordal got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Vallengren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Ingmar Finnman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Bibbi Bonkers booed when Cloudberry Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
