Spectators: 7658 (Terracing: 5745, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bertil Ekman started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Bertil Ekman made a precise shot to the right of Tor Beckström. Bredaryd IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Kent Samuelsson's late challenge caught a White Hart Lane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kent Samuelsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Bredaryd IFK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Samuelsson. Dick Wennerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bredaryd IFK defense, Bertil Ekman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tor Beckström. The Bredaryd IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tor Beckström should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Jorma Jääskeläinen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tor Beckström. That made the score 4-0 in the 20 minute of play. Esbjörn Apelquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Bäckman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bredaryd IFK's Tor Beckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Ekman in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Dick Wennerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tor Beckström was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Dick Wennerberg took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tor Beckström. Tor Beckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertil Ekman got free with Tor Beckström in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Nicolas Gois left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The White Hart Lane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Bertil Ekman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Tor Beckström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Bredaryd IFK getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Joakim Bäckman hit a great ball. Bertil Ekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Elg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Stefan Elg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute, Dick Wennerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55thth minute of the game Bertil Ekman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bredaryd IFK's Tor Beckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 56 minutes, Bertil Ekman made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bredaryd IFK's Tor Beckström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Bertil Ekman sped through Bredaryd IFK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tor Beckström. 64 minutes into the match, Bredaryd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Fedot Khokhlov came free, but Tor Beckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, White Hart Lane's Jorma Jääskeläinen made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tor Beckström was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Ekman in the 71st minute of play forced Bredaryd IFK's goalkeeper Tor Beckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dick Wennerberg scored 12-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tor Beckström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertil Ekman in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tor Beckström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicolas Gois recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Bertil Ekman made a precise shot to the right of Tor Beckström. Bredaryd IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorma Jääskeläinen in the 82nd minute of play forced Bredaryd IFK's goalkeeper Tor Beckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute White Hart Lane were awarded a corner. Kenneth Söderqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Tarık Özel heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 84 minutes into the match, Bredaryd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Tarık Özel came free, but Tor Beckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The White Hart Lane fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when White Hart Lane's Bertil Ekman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 15-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 94 minutes into the match, Bredaryd IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Jorma Jääskeläinen came free, but Tor Beckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute White Hart Lane were awarded a corner. Kenneth Söderqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bredaryd IFK's goalie and right to Tarık Özel. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bredaryd IFK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. White Hart Lane fully deserved thier win.
