Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stefan Elg made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th match minute, Bredaryd IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Arne Vestlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Mats Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folke Löfgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stora Höga's Jens-Erik Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Elg in the 17th minute of play. Stefan Elg scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Erik Isaksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Bredaryd IFK's goalkeeper Tor Beckström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Göran Alrot. Göran Alrot's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Tor Beckström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 25 minutes into the match, Stora Höga's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Vester came free, but Jens-Erik Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göran Alrot took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tor Beckström. Tor Beckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With his leg Tor Beckström managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Stora Höga's Göran Alrot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Folke Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Beckström having to interfere. When Christian Lundin fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stora Höga's protests and gave Christian Lundin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Christian Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 played minutes, Bredaryd IFK's Knut Lindgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Erik Isaksson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bredaryd IFK reached it. Jens-Erik Isaksson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Bredaryd IFK's Alvin Vester. But to his dismay, Alvin Vester quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 45 minutes into the match, Stora Höga's Göran Alrot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tor Beckström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Folke Löfgren to make the kick off. Jens-Erik Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Elg in the 56th minute of the match. Alvin Vester's late challenge caught a Stora Höga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvin Vester helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bredaryd IFK's Alvin Vester got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute Göran Alrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Beckström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bredaryd IFK getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Joakim Bäckman hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Göran Alrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stora Höga's supporters rose to their feet, but Göran Alrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tor Beckström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jens-Erik Isaksson made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Alvin Vester sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Erik Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Elg in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Bredaryd IFK booed when Stora Höga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Häger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvin Vester's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jens-Erik Isaksson firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Bredaryd IFK's Joakim Bäckman got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Folke Löfgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mats Söderberg hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Knut Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Erik Isaksson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Vester in the 88th minute. Folke Löfgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Beckström having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Stora Höga's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Elg came free, but Jens-Erik Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Stora Höga supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bredaryd IFK's performance. The match ended with a win for Bredaryd IFK.
