Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristoffer Pååk made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Daniel Nordal sent off a good shot on target. After 10 played minutes Söröje IF got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Rosendahl. Gunnar Ahlroht took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Olof Knutsson. Per-Olof Knutsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 16 played minutes Söröje IF got a freekick which was hit by Albert Vallin. 16 minutes into the match, Nickes BK's Håkan Billvall broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gunnar Ahlroht hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Daniel Nordal let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 20th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. Per-Olof Knutsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Ahlroht in the 23rd minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Josef Örn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nickes BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Söröje IF the free kick. Daniel Nordal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Pååk having to interfere. Daniel Nordal might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristoffer Pååk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Nordal ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Nordal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Kristoffer Pååk made a huge save. Daniel Nordal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

If Daniel Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nickes BK had played much better football throughout.
