Hjalmar Vedholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Albom's late challenge caught a Varnhem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michael Albom helped the player get up and apologised. Michael Albom kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Andréas Tolsson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Varnhem's Samuel Hedström. Samuel Hedström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hjalmar Vedholm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Tolsson in the 40th minute of play forced Varnhem's goalkeeper Samuel Hedström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Varnhem's zone, Michael Albom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Hedström came out of the goal and Michael Albom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute Hjalmar Vedholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Hedström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Tolsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Samuel Hedström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Varnhem defense, Andréas Tolsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Hedström. The Varnhem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Hedström should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

56 minutes into the match, Höjdens FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patric Sjödin came free, but Ingvar Dahlquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Dahlquist came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Varnhem's André Östlund. But to his dismay, André Östlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. After having played for 60 minutes, Patric Sjödin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varnhem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patric Sjödin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ingvar Dahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Burman, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Ingvar Dahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Östlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Höjdens FC's Karl-Johan Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Andréas Tolsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Hedström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Karl-Johan Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Höjdens FC's attack was well implemented in the 73rd minute, but when Andréas Tolsson was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When Henric Ros fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varnhem's protests and gave Henric Ros a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Höjdens FC booed when Varnhem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Höjdens FC's Andréas Tolsson got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hjalmar Vedholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Andréas Tolsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Hedström, 1-6. Samuel Hedström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Vedholm in the 89th minute of play. Samuel Hedström made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Andréas Tolsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th minute Patric Sjödin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Höjdens FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Varnhem throughout the match.
