Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olle Nordkvist started the match with the kick off. Inge Helander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Magnus Löv when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Olle Nordkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens Åman in the 11th minute of play forced Majestic Vadstena's goalkeeper Magnus Löv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urban Bivall took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Michael Nykvist. Angels FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Angels FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valentin Wennersten hit a great ball. Sören Björkkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magnus Löv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inge Helander in the 27th minute. A collision led to Majestic Vadstena getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bertil Wennersten hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Majestic Vadstena's zone, Inge Helander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Löv came out of the goal and Inge Helander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magnus Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Åman in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Jens Åman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angels FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Åman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Löv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magnus Löv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Åman in the 39th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 47th minute when Jens Åman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens Åman was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Majestic Vadstena's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Helander came free, but Magnus Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Angels FC were awarded a corner. Stefan Persson went to the cornerflag to take it. Jens Åman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gösta Lundin charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gösta Lundin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Majestic Vadstena's Gösta Lundin got a free kick in the 57th minute. Jens Åman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Löv having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Jens Åman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magnus Löv was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jesper Bengtsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens Åman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magnus Löv having to make a save. Jens Åman scored 3-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magnus Löv, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Jens Åman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angels FC's Inge Helander got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens Åman struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Magnus Löv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angels FC. With a little luck, Angels FC's Karl-Michael Nykvist got control of the ball when Jesper Bengtsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Majestic Vadstena getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gösta Lundin hit a great ball. In the 89th minute of the match Stefan Persson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magnus Löv showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
