If Rickard Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ankawa FF fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Ankawa FF's Kjell Bremming looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 8th minute, Mathias Pihl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mathias Pihl struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Christoffer Östlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. København. Christoffer Östlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Pihl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Sjödin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Skålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Robert Sjödin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Christoffer Östlund made a huge save. If Rickard Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludwig Carlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Olofsson in the 40th minute of play. Rickard Olofsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The F.C. København players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ankawa FF were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mathias Pihl made a kick off. Ludwig Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Bremming in the 51st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Mathias Pihl put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Christoffer Östlund. Rickard Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Carlsson having to interfere. Ankawa FF's Kjell Bremming got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute Robert Sjödin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Östlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Allan Skark took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Ludwig Carlsson to make any attempt to save it. 80 minutes into the match, Ankawa FF's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Sjödin came free, but Christoffer Östlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Harald Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell Bremming sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rickard Olofsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ludwig Carlsson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ankawa FF's Karl Helström got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 92 played minutes F.C. København got a freekick which was hit by Harald Ekström. With a little luck, F.C. København's Ludwig Carlsson got control of the ball when Rickard Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Sjödin in the 95th minute of play forced Ankawa FF's goalkeeper Christoffer Östlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ankawa FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
