Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Åke Öman started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Rönnäs Inferno defense, Oskar Hjeltman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Linus Hylander. The Rönnäs Inferno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Linus Hylander should have stopped the shot. After having played for 9 minutes, Åke Öman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vetlanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Öman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Rönnäs Inferno defense, Oskar Hjeltman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Linus Hylander. The Rönnäs Inferno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Linus Hylander should have stopped the shot. Linus Hylander came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Vetlanda's Oskar Hjeltman. But to his dismay, Oskar Hjeltman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Linus Hylander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Öman in the 21st minute of play. Linus Hylander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Öman in the 22nd minute of play. Åke Öman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Hylander having to interfere. Linus Hylander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Öman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Åke Öman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskar Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Åke Öman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Linus Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Håkan Bröms stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Åke Öman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Hylander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Bergström hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Åke Öman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Håkan Bröms managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rönnäs Inferno's supporters rose to their feet, but Håkan Bröms was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Erik Alefors breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oskar Hjeltman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Linus Hylander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Linus Hylander managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Vetlanda's Oskar Hjeltman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Rönnäs Inferno's Håkan Bröms got a free kick in the 74th minute. Rönnäs Inferno's Linus Hylander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Rönnäs Inferno from getting a goal against them. Oskar Hjeltmans short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Linus Hylander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oskar Hjeltman might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Linus Hylander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oskar Hjeltman ran back to his position shaking his head. If Oskar Hjeltman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Åke Öman came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Vetlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Åke Öman couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, Rönnäs Inferno's goalkeeper Linus Hylander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oskar Hjeltman.
