Karl-Magnus Åberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Johan Lund's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Karl-Magnus Åberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Kilstedt in the 9th minute. The long shot by Per-Oskar Wiberg in the 14th minute really tested Karl-Magnus Åberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 15th minute Robin Sjöström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Månsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Kilstedt hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Karl-Magnus Åberg made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Karl-Johan Lund sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Las Vikas's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Åberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Max Kilstedt. Karl-Johan Lund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Karl-Magnus Åberg made a huge save. Carl Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Åberg having to interfere. Karl-Magnus Åberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Kilstedt in the 29th minute. Karl-Johan Lund scored 2-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Magnus Åberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Las Vikas booed when Wrexham A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Classon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Wrexham A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Robin Sjöström came free, but Folke Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Lund in the 44th minute of play forced Las Vikas's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Sjöström to make the kick off. Las Vikas's Karl-Magnus Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Ström in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Max Kilstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Johan Lund in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Magnus Åberg saved Las Vikas from getting behind. The supporters of Wrexham A.F.C. booed when Las Vikas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sillén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Johan Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Karl-Magnus Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Folke Månsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Sjöström in the 68th minute. Karl-Johan Lund scored 3-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Magnus Åberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Las Vikas's zone, Edvin Rolandsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Åberg came out of the goal and Edvin Rolandsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ingvar Lindell hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Karl-Magnus Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Las Vikas getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. George Wahlnäs hit a great ball. Las Vikas's Karl-Magnus Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Kilstedt in the 94th minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, Wrexham A.F.C.'s Max Kilstedt made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Magnus Åberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Wrexham A.F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
