In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rivierans Guldgossar's goalkeeper Kurt Ekman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 5 played minutes Las Vikas got a freekick which was hit by Sören Engström. In the 8th minute, Magne Pihl made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Magnus Åberg. Las Vikas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Kurt Ekman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Mickelsson in the 11th minute of play. Karl-Magnus Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magne Pihl in the 13th minute of play. Robin Sjöström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Pihl in the 18th minute of play forced Las Vikas's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albin Linqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Åberg having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Rivierans Guldgossar's Egil Åkesson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Magnus Åberg. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. Filip Blom was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Las Vikas's Karl-Magnus Åberg got control of the ball when Rune Östensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Las Vikas's Robin Sjöström got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Rivierans Guldgossar's Rune Östensson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Magnus Åberg. That made the score 3-0 after 35 minutes of play. If Albin Linqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robin Sjöström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kurt Ekman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Biörnberg in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Rivierans Guldgossar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Robin Sjöström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 55 minutes into the match, Las Vikas's goal looked a bit too open when Egil Åkesson came free, but Karl-Magnus Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Ekman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Sjöström in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Rivierans Guldgossar's Kurt Ekman got control of the ball when August Mickelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kurt Ekman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Biörnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. If Albin Linqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Las Vikas getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Sören Engström hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Rivierans Guldgossar's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Biörnberg came free, but Kurt Ekman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Elliott Vallman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tim Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Sören Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Vikas's supporters rose to their feet, but Sören Engström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurt Ekman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sören Engström hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Las Vikas's zone, Nils-Erik Stor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Magnus Åberg came out of the goal and Nils-Erik Stor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rivierans Guldgossar had won after a very even match.
