Spectators: 7540 (Terracing: 5656, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Allan Hammarberg kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Screaming Eagles's Michael Ekström got a free kick in the 4th minute. After recieving a nice pass, NK Podgrmec's Alexander Nyberg tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Reine Bruhn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Hammarberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Oskar Örn took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Snorre Ollongren. Snorre Ollongren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 24th minute, Screaming Eagles's Allan Hammarberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reine Bruhn. Reine Bruhn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. NK Podgrmec's Karl-Oskar Örn got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Nyberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Snorre Ollongren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexander Nyberg ran back to his position shaking his head. With 34 minutes on the clock, Thomas Wallin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 34 minutes into the game, one of NK Podgrmec:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Allan Hammarberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reine Bruhn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Per Larsson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Snorre Ollongren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Podgrmec. If Per Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 53rd match minute, NK Podgrmec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Björkkvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Esbjörn Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Allan Hammarberg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of NK Podgrmec's Reine Bruhn. Reine Bruhn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 61st minute of the match Michael Ekström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reine Bruhn skillfully saved the ball. Reine Bruhn came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Screaming Eagles's Allan Hammarberg. But to his dismay, Allan Hammarberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Örn in the 70th minute of play forced Screaming Eagles's goalkeeper Snorre Ollongren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reine Bruhn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Hammarberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reine Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Pihlwall in the 74th minute of play. Reine Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Engström in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, NK Podgrmec's Per Larsson got a free kick in the 79th minute. Emanuel Pihlwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reine Bruhn having to interfere. Reine Bruhn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Hammarberg in the 85th minute of play. Karl-Oskar Örn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, NK Podgrmec's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Engström came free, but Reine Bruhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
