Claes Wennerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Wennerström in the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Carlsson in the 16th minute of play forced Gröna Stjärnan's goalkeeper Alf Björklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hässelby BFdsfdf's zone, Morgan Malmström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Wennerberg came out of the goal and Morgan Malmström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Elof Palm notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Gröna Stjärnan's Alf Björklund. Alf Björklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Tony Johnsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Wennerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Wennerström made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Hässelby BFdsfdf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Widberg to maneuver through the defense. Calle Asklund hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Alf Björklund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elof Palm. Claes Wennerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Hässelby BFdsfdf getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Sixten Gerdberg hit a great ball. Hässelby BFdsfdf's Inge Valler got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the game, Simon Wennerström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gröna Stjärnan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hässelby BFdsfdf the free kick. Simon Wennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Sixten Gerdberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Wennerström scored 5-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claes Wennerberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sixten Gerdberg hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Tony Johnsson notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Hässelby BFdsfdf's Claes Wennerberg. Claes Wennerberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Inge Valler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Björklund having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Tony Johnsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-3. Claes Wennerberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Simon Wennerström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Wennerberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-3. Gröna Stjärnan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hässelby BFdsfdf for a fine match.
