Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Malte Almkvist got the match started through his kick off. Sven-Olof Pettersson took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Karlberg. Peter Karlberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Peter Karlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Olof Pettersson in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Ulf Hjeltman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sernard FC's Peter Karlberg. Peter Karlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute, Elof Hjeltman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Anders Asplund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lilla Skania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, Sernard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Asplund came free, but Peter Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sernard FC's Peter Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Asplund in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Anders Asplund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Peter Karlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute, Flavius Encea made a precise shot to the right of Peter Karlberg. Sernard FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 37 minutes into the game, Lilla Skania's Flavius Encea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter Karlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 41st minute, Anders Asplund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Karlberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Sernard FC's Peter Karlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Encea in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Anders Asplund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Peter Karlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Lilla Skania were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anders Asplund to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Sernard FC defense, Flavius Encea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peter Karlberg. The Sernard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peter Karlberg should have stopped the shot. Elof Hjeltman hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Lilla Skania's Jens-Ola Pedersson was substituted for Joakim Wennerquist. 76 minutes into the match, Sernard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Asplund came free, but Peter Karlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Karlberg came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Lilla Skania's Flavius Encea. But to his dismay, Flavius Encea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Edvard Åström hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Peter Karlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Åström in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavius Encea got free with Peter Karlberg in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peter Karlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Olof Pettersson in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute David Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Karlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Lilla Skania could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sernard FC throughout the match.
