Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Anders Asplund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Bergendahl was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Patrik Bergendahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anders Asplund's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Flavius Encea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hällefors's Patrik Bergendahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th match minute, Lilla Skania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Stabbe to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anders Asplund in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrik Bergendahl saved Hällefors from getting behind. After 31 played minutes Hällefors got a freekick which was hit by Tim Wiman. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Anders Asplund sped through Hällefors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrik Bergendahl. After a rather tough play, Lilla Skania's Ulf Hjeltman got a free kick in the 37th minute. Börge Friberger was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Agne Johnsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richard Fanström in the 41st minute. Richard Fanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Agne Johnsson made a huge save. Lilla Skania's Agne Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Friberger in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Börge Friberger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Lilla Skania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Asplund to maneuver through the defense. Agne Johnsson came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällefors's Tim Wiman. But to his dismay, Tim Wiman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 58th minute, Lilla Skania's Anders Asplund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patrik Bergendahl. Patrik Bergendahl yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavius Encea got free with Patrik Bergendahl in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute Lilla Skania were awarded a corner. Ulf Hjeltman went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Lilla Skania's corner Ulf Hjeltman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patrik Bergendahl quite easily take care of the ball. In the 67th minute, Richard Fanström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, David Åström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Bergendahl. Hällefors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Åström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When Flavius Encea came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Lilla Skania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Encea couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Ulf Hjeltman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lilla Skania's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulf Hjeltman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrik Bergendahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agne Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börge Friberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agne Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Wiman in the 86th minute of the match. Agne Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börge Friberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Ulf Hjeltman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute of the match Gösta Dalgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agne Johnsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 97th minute David Vikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agne Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Lilla Skania could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hällefors throughout the match.
