With a little luck, Hässelby BFdsfdf's Claes Wennerberg got control of the ball when Flavius Encea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Jens-Ola Pedersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lilla Skania's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hässelby BFdsfdf the free kick. The supporters of Hässelby BFdsfdf booed when Lilla Skania was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ola Pedersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Tidén in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agne Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anders Asplund's late challenge caught a Hässelby BFdsfdf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 28thth minute of the game Anders Asplund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hässelby BFdsfdf's Claes Wennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inge Valler during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lilla Skania's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavius Encea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Wennerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rdth minute of the game Sten Tidén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lilla Skania's Agne Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Tidén stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Hässelby BFdsfdf got a corner. Lilla Skania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sten Tidén ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sten Tidén got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Agne Johnsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 58thth minute of the game Flavius Encea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hässelby BFdsfdf's Claes Wennerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavius Encea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lilla Skania's David Åström was substituted for Anders Asplund. Hässelby BFdsfdf's Claes Wennerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Åström in the 80th minute of play. Sten Tidén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agne Johnsson having to interfere. Lilla Skania's Tommy Wiklund was substituted for Michael Stabbe. In the 87th minute, Flavius Encea made a precise shot to the right of Claes Wennerberg.
