The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Lucky FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lyckeby FF:s goal. Lyckeby FFs' Ludwig Johnsson made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Arvin Ahlforss penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. In the 28th minute of the match Lyckeby FF got a corner. Lucky FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arvin Ahlfors ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ludwig Johnsson made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Arvin Ahlfors sent off a good shot on target. Gunnar Kjellkvist scored 1-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joseph Hedman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ingemar Karlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Joseph Hedman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Dan Forsman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucky FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Forsman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gunnar Kjellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joseph Hedman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Kjellkvist in the 82nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Kjellkvist got free with Joseph Hedman in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kim Nordström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Joseph Hedman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Joseph Hedman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Kjellkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Ingmar Hultstrand hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Lucky FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
