Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 50) Norsholm IFK's Klement Cielencki started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Norsholm IFK booed when Carolus Rex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesper Edström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilhelm Säfström hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Valdemar Vikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Gulliksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Lööf's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mårten Sandberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Carolus Rex getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Carl Fransson hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Feliks Zawaski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Morgan Gulliksson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Carolus Rex's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Vikström came free, but Morgan Gulliksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Carolus Rex were awarded a corner. Sten Bogren went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Vikström in the 34th minute of play forced Carolus Rex's goalkeeper Morgan Gulliksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Gulliksson made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Klement Cielencki sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Eklund got free with Morgan Gulliksson in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Valdemar Vikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Gulliksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Georg Lööf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mårten Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morgan Gulliksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdemar Vikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Norsholm IFK's Elvio Amor got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Klement Cielencki took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Morgan Gulliksson. Morgan Gulliksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Erik Kjellberg made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Carolus Rex got a freekick which was hit by Leif Paulin. Morgan Gulliksson came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Norsholm IFK's Valdemar Vikström. But to his dismay, Valdemar Vikström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Georg Lööf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Valdemar Vikström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Norsholm IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Morgan Gulliksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Vikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Klement Cielencki struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Morgan Gulliksson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norsholm IFK. 69 minutes into the game, Valdemar Vikström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Morgan Gulliksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Morgan Gulliksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdemar Vikström went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Morgan Gulliksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Vikström in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Eklund in the 79th minute of play forced Carolus Rex's goalkeeper Morgan Gulliksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Gulliksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 minutes of play, Norsholm IFK's Valdemar Vikström made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Morgan Gulliksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, Klement Cielencki notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Carolus Rex's Morgan Gulliksson. Morgan Gulliksson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mårten Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Lööf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klement Cielencki charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klement Cielencki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Norsholm IFK had played much better football throughout.
