Lucky FC's Ludwig Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Sundström in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Lucky FC got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Kjellkvist. After a rather tough play, Västra Ämtervik's Bror Sundström got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ludwig Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tord Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Forsman, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Michel Isaksson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Sture Hägert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tord Engström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Nordström went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, Västra Ämtervik's goalkeeper Tord Engström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kim Nordström. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bror Sundström was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lucky FC's zone, Patrik Eklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Johnsson came out of the goal and Patrik Eklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Västra Ämtervik's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Forsman came free, but Tord Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folke Nordkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tord Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Nordström, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute.
