Axel Tidéksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Tomasson having to interfere. Tadeo Bidari hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute Örebro City were awarded a corner. Dick Helström went to the cornerflag to take it. Dick Helström made a great header on Örebro City's corner, it was just that sala ff's Lars Tomasson managed to reach the ball for a save. Lars Tomasson made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Stellan Hylander sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the game, one of sala ff:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 24th minute, Dick Helström made a precise shot to the right of Lars Tomasson. sala ff's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 32nd play minutes Axel Tidéksson shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Lars Tomasson and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, sala ff's Lars Tomasson got control of the ball when Stellan Hylander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Hylander in the 39th minute of play. Axel Tidéksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Tomasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stellan Hylander in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Tomasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tidéksson in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Tomasson saved sala ff from getting behind. If Axel Tidéksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Axel Tidéksson struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Lars Tomasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Örebro City.
