But to his dismay, Jens-Ola Bergman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 31st minute, Jens-Ola Bergman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind sala ff's goalkeeper Lars Tomasson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Tadeo Bidari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Tomasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gottfrid Blanck, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Jens-Ola Bergman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Black Mamba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Ola Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tymoteusz Domamir made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, sala ff's goalkeeper Lars Tomasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens-Ola Bergman. Jens-Ola Bergman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Lars Tomasson made a huge save. When Ingemar Fredriksson fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Black Mamba's protests and gave Ingemar Fredriksson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of sala ff booed when FC Black Mamba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingemar Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Gottfrid Blanck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Tomasson was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The FC Black Mamba fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when FC Black Mamba's Jens-Ola Bergman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With a little luck, sala ff's Lars Tomasson got control of the ball when Jens-Ola Bergman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jens-Ola Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conny Hjälm hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Kjell Salqvist lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, FC Black Mamba's Ingemar Pihl got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lars Tomasson.
