If Ingvar Browall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Sonny Nordin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puttesgrabbar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nusnäs IK the free kick. The supporters of Nusnäs IK booed when Puttesgrabbar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sonny Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Martial Ducreux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Martial Ducreux got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martial Ducreux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Ekman was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ingvar Browall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nusnäs IK's Alf Brodin has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 80th minute. Nusnäs IK's Martial Ducreux got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nusnäs IK's Ove Browald was substituted for Alf Brodin. 91 minutes into the match, Nusnäs IK's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Browall came free, but Agne Lundin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martial Ducreux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nusnäs IK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
