The supporters of Puttesgrabbar booed when Taraps IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Ahlquist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Sebastian Öberg hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Taraps IF's Frank Kvick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Browall in the 22nd minute of play. After 27 played minutes Taraps IF got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Hybbert. In the 28th minute Robin Alrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Kvick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Söderström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bo-Erik Ahlquist having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, Ingvar Browall notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Taraps IF's Frank Kvick. Frank Kvick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jörgen Hybbert kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Sebastian Öberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Evert Ekman made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Ekman in the 51st minute of play forced Taraps IF's goalkeeper Frank Kvick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taraps IF's Frank Kvick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Ekman in the 52nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Taraps IF's Edwin Blom got a free kick in the 56th minute.
