Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jonny Hafström got the match started through his kick off. Kjell-Arne Österberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greger Rudberg having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Kjell-Arne Österberg put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Greger Rudberg. Greger Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Sandwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Giffarna's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Sandwall came free, but Greger Rudberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Örjan Hultin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Vestberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Hafström in the 22nd minute of the match. Kjell-Arne Österberg scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Greger Rudberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonny Hafström kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Carl Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carl Sandwall in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Greger Rudberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th match minute, Bålsta FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Anundsson to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Giffarna's zone, Carl Sandwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Greger Rudberg came out of the goal and Carl Sandwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl Sandwall was the one to do the kick off. Carl Sandwall struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Greger Rudberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bålsta FF. After having played for 55 minutes, Robin Anundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bålsta FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Anundsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kjell-Arne Österberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Elof Åhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giffarna's Greger Rudberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell-Arne Österberg in the 70th minute of play. Patrick Vestberg was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Christopher Valler capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christopher Valler really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Åke Asserlindh kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Giffarna's Greger Rudberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Sandwall in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute, Carl Sandwall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Bålsta FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
