The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Torbjörn Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The Nossebro fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Nossebro's Filiph Molander looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nossebro's Pär Lundqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Nossebro from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Hekto IF booed when Nossebro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Pär Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute Matthias Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Filiph Molander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Olof Bocklund was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 32 minutes into the match, Filiph Molander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Olof Bocklund. Hekto IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiph Molander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Filiph Molander notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Hekto IF's Per-Olof Bocklund. Per-Olof Bocklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Filiph Molander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Olof Bocklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Björn Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthias Blom to strike the kick off in the second half. Filiph Molander in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Per-Olof Bocklund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 57 minutes, Filiph Molander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nossebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filiph Molander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hekto IF's Valter Kihlberg got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Filiph Molander came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Nossebro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiph Molander couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Filiph Molander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiph Molander in the 66th minute of play forced Hekto IF's goalkeeper Per-Olof Bocklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Matthias Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Hekto IF's zone, Filiph Molander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per-Olof Bocklund came out of the goal and Filiph Molander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Björn Axelsson scored 0-5 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per-Olof Bocklund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Per-Olof Bocklund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filiph Molander in the 75th minute. Filiph Molander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. A hard shot 89 in the game by Filiph Molander from a close distance when the talented Per-Olof Bocklund managed to make a qualified save. Hekto IF's players were relieved. When the match was over Nossebro could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hekto IF throughout the match.
